Kapitel 1: Das Gepäck ist weg

Ich möch­te euch ei­ne Ge­schich­te von Drop­py und Drop­po er­zäh­len!

„Hal­lo! Ich bin Drop­py! Ich bin elf Jah­re alt! Ich bin Eu­ro­pä­er."

„Hal­lo! Ich bin Drop­po! Ich bin Drop­py's Bru­der! Ich bin zehn Jah­re alt und ich bin auch Eu­ro­pä­er.”

„Wir le­ben in Le Hav­re, Frank­reich” - sagt Drop­py.

„Wir ha­ben die Schu­le be­en­det und wir wol­len Ur­laub ma­chen!” - sagt Drop­po. „Wo kön­nen wir hin?”

„Wir kön­nen un­se­re Freun­de in Eu­ro­pa be­su­chen !!” - ruft Drop­py.

„Das ist ei­ne groß­ar­ti­ge Idee! Ich möch­te et­was über ih­re Kul­tur und Tra­di­tio­nen er­fah­ren!”

„Dann be­su­chen wir als ers­tes Spa­ni­en!

Chapter 1: The Missing

Let me tell you one story of Droppy and Droppo.

„Hello! I am Droppy! I’m el­ev­en years old! I am European.”

„Hello! I’m Droppo! I am Droppy’s broth­er! I’m ten years old and I am European too.”

„We live in Le Havre, France” - says Droppy.

„We have fin­ished school and we want to travel for hol­i­days!” - says Droppo.- „Where can we go?”

„We can vis­it our friends in Europe!!” - ex­claims Droppy.  

„That’s a great idea! I want to learn about their cul­ture and tra­di­tions!”

„Let’s start vis­it­ing Spain!”

Zu­erst müs­sen sie ihr Ge­päck her­rich­ten.

„Was kön­nen wir auf un­se­re Rei­se mit­neh­men?”, fragt Drop­po.

„Lass uns überlegen...” - ant­wor­tet Drop­py.- „ei­ni­ge Ho­sen, Pull­over, T-Shirts, Turn­schu­he, So­cken ...”

„Und der Py­ja­ma und ei­ne Zahn­bürs­te! Das ist sehr wich­tig!”

„Ja, Drop­po, vie­len Dank! Und ei­ne Land­kar­te!”

„Ich bin glück­lich! Ich lie­be es zu rei­sen!”- sagt Drop­po.

„Ich auch!”

First, they have to pre­pare their lug­gage.

„What can we bring to our trip?” - asks Droppo.

„Let’s think…” - an­swers Droppy.- „some trousers, jump­ers, t-shirts, train­ers, socks…”

„And the py­ja­mas and a tooth­brush! That is very im­port­ant!”

„Yes, Droppo, thank you!! And a map!”

„I am happy! I love trav­el­ling!” - says Droppo.

„Me too!"

Spä­ter fah­ren sie zum Flug­ha­fen.

„Wir sind am Flug­ha­fen.” - sagt Drop­po.

„Oh! Der Flug ver­zö­gert sich, weil es viel Ver­kehr gibt.” - stellt Drop­py fest.

„Lass uns un­ser Ge­päck über­prü­fen. Ha­ben wir al­les, was wir brau­chen?”

„Nun, ich den­ke, wir soll­ten ei­nen Rei­se­füh­rer kau­fen, da­mit wir her­aus­fin­den kön­nen, wel­che Städ­te und Mo­nu­men­te in je­dem Land be­rühmt sind.” - ant­wor­tet Drop­py.

Later, they go to the air­port.

„We are at the air­port.” - says Droppo.

„Oh! The flight is delayed be­cause there is a lot of traffic.” - ob­serves Droppy.

„Let’s check our lug­gage. Do we have any­thing we need?”

„Well, I think we should buy a tour­ist guide, so we can dis­cov­er what cit­ies and monu­ments are fam­ous in each coun­try.” - an­swers Droppy.

Nach dem Kauf des Rei­se­füh­rers sit­zen sie im War­te­raum und über­prü­fen ihr Ge­päck:

„Ach nein! Mei­ne Ta­sche ist leer! Wo sind mei­ne Sa­chen?” - sagt Drop­py ziem­lich ner­vös.

„Ich weiß es nicht! Schau! Mei­ne Ta­sche ist auch leer!” - Drop­po be­ginnt zu wei­nen. „Was kön­nen wir jetzt tun? Wo sind un­se­re Klei­der?”

„Ich ha­be ei­ne Idee! Ich den­ke, wir kön­nen neue Din­ge kau­fen in je­dem Land, das wir be­su­chen.” - schlägt Drop­py vor.

Zwölf Mi­nu­ten spä­ter sit­zen Drop­py und Drop­po im Flug­zeug und star­ten nach Spa­ni­en. Vom Flug­zeug aus se­hen sie al­le ih­re Sa­chen am Strand von Le Hav­re !!

After buy­ing the tour­ist guide, they sit in the wait­ing room to check their lug­gage:

„Oh no! My bag is empty! Where are my things?” - says Droppy very ner­vi­ous.

„I don’t know! Look! My bag is empty too!” - Droppo starts cry­ing.- „What can we do now? Where are our clothes?”

„I have an idea! I think we can buy new things in every coun­try we vis­it.” - pro­poses Droppy.

Twelve minutes later, Droppy and Droppo take the plane and take off to Spain. From the plane, they see all their things in the beach of Le Havre!!
