Kaptel 5:

Schloss-Abenteuer und  Legoland

Drop­py und Drop­po lan­den in Bay­ern, Deutsch­land.

„Hey, es ist der 31. Ok­to­ber!“ (Drop­po)

„Du hast recht, es ist Hal­lo­ween.“ (Drop­py)

„Aber wir ha­ben kein Hal­lo­ween-Kos­tüm!“ „Wie kön­nen wir ei­nes ma­chen ?“

„Ich ha­be ei­ne Idee! Wir kön­nen Bett­la­ken be­nut­zen und uns als Geis­ter ver­klei­den!“

Chapter 6: Adeventures in  Castles and at Legoland

Droppy and Droppo land in Bav­aria, Ger­many.

„Hey, it’s 31st Oc­to­ber!“ (Droppo)

„You are right, it’s Hal­loween.“  (Droppy)

„But we haven’t got a Hal­loween cos­tume!“

„How can we make one?“

„I’ve got an idea! We can use sheets and  dress up as ghosts!“

„Sü­ßes oder Sau­res“, so zie­hen sie durch die Schlös­ser Bay­erns und kom­men schließ­lich zum tol­len Schloss Neu­schwan­stein.

Sie klop­fen an die Tür und zwei Kin­der öff­nen ih­nen. Ein Mäd­chen trägt die ty­pi­sche Dirndl Tracht. Es sagt:

„Hal­lo, mein Na­me ist Agnes, und das ist mein Bru­der Emil. Neu­schwan­stein ist ei­nes der be­lieb­tes­ten Schlös­ser Eu­ro­pas. Je­des Jahr be­su­chen es 1,4 Mil­lio­nen Men­schen. Lud­wig II., Kö­nig von Bay­ern bau­te es im Stil ei­ner Rit­ter­burg aus der Zeit des Mit­tel­al­ters.“

Dro­o­py und Drop­po es­sen mit ih­ren neu­en Freun­den zu Abend.

They go trick­ing and treat­ing through Bav­aria Castles and they ar­rive at the beau­ti­ful Neuschwan­stein Castle.

They knock at the door and two chil­dren open. The girl is dressed in the typ­ic­al dirndl cos­tume. The girl says:

„Hello, my name’s Ag­nes and this is my broth­er Emil. Neuschwan­stein is one of the most pop­u­lar castles in Europe. Every year 1.4 mil­lion people vis­it it. Lud­wig II, King of Bav­aria built it. It is based on Chris­ti­an king­ship in the Middle Ages.“

Droppy and Droppo have din­ner with their new friends.

Am nächs­ten Tag be­schlie­ßen Drop­po und Drop­py, Le­go­land zu be­su­chen.

Sie be­sor­gen sich ei­ne Kar­te mit al­len At­trak­tio­nen.

Zu­erst ma­chen sie ei­ne Fahrt mit der Ach­ter­bahn. Nach ei­nem lan­gen Vor­mit­tag ist es Mit­tags­zeit.

„Ich bin sehr hung­rig!“ ( Drop­po)

„Dann ge­hen wir zum Es­sen ins Steak­house im Le­go­land“ (Drop­py)

„Wir könn­ten die le­cke­re Brot­sup­pe es­sen!“

Spä­ter ...

„Lass uns die Aus­stel­lun­gen be­su­chen: Star Wars Cha­rak­te­re mit Yo­da und Darth Va­der, R2D2, Lu­ke, Mi­ni­ci­ty Deutsch­land und den Le­go Zoo.“(Drop­py)

„Ok, die ge­fallen mir si­cher!“

The day after Droppo and  Droppy  de­cide to  go to Leg­o­land.

They take a map with all the at­trac­tions.

First, they take a ride on a roller coast­er.

After a long morn­ing, it’s lunch time.

„I’m very hungry!“ (Droppo)

„Let's eat: A la Carte Steak­house in Leg­o­land.“ (Droppy)

„We can eat the de­li­cious Brot­suppe!“

Later…

„Let’s go and  see the ex­hib­i­tions: Star Wars char­ac­ters in­clud­ing Yoda, and Darth Vader, R2D2, Luke, Mi­nycity Ger­many and Lego zoo.“ (Droppy)

„Ok, I’m sure I’ll love them!“

Drop­py und Drop­po sind sehr mü­de, aber sie ma­chen noch die letz­te Ach­ter­bahn­fahrt, be­vor sie den Park ver­las­sen.

Schließ­lich ge­hen sie auf den Park­platz und stei­gen in den Bus nach Ita­li­en.

„Ich kann es kaum er­war­ten!“ (Drop­po)

„Ich auch! Wer weiß, was in Ita­li­en al­les sein wird!“

Al­ler­dings sind die bei­den Jungs be­sorgt, weil sie kein Sou­ve­nir fin­den kön­nen.

„Ich ma­che mir Sor­gen, wir ha­ben kein Sou­ve­nir ge­fun­den.“ (Drop­py)

„War­ten wir’s ab!“ (Drop­po)

Droppy and  Droppo are very tired,  but they go on the last roller coast­er be­fore leav­ing the park.

In the end, they go to  the park­ing site and catch the bus to Italy.

„I can’t wait!“ (Droppo)

„Me too! Who knows what Italy will be like!“

However, the two boys are wor­ried, be­cause they can’t find a souven­ir.

„I’m wor­ried, we haven’t found a souven­ir.“ (Droppy)

„Let’s wait and hope!“ (Droppo)

Der Bus hält an ei­ner Au­to­bahn-Rast­stät­te in Bay­ern. Drop­py und Drop­po sind hung­rig und be­stel­len ein Glas Milch mit tra­di­tio­nel­len deut­schen Kek­sen: Leb­ku­chen.

„Die­se Kek­se sind fan­tas­tisch!“ (Drop­po)

„Ja, das sind sie! Ich lie­be sie!“(Drop­py)

„Lass uns wel­che kau­fen!“ (Drop­po)

„Kön­nen Sie uns et­was über die­se Kek­se er­zäh­len?“ fragt Drop­py den Ver­käu­fer.

„Das sind ty­pisch deut­sche Ge­würz­ku­chen. Sie wer­den an Weih­nach­ten ge­ba­cken, aber wir ha­ben sie auch das gan­ze Jahr über.“ (Ver­käu­fer)

„Wow!“ (Drop­po)

Sie kau­fen die Leb­ku­chen und ge­hen zum Bus.

„Es ist Zeit nach Ita­li­en zu fah­ren!“

The bus stops at a mo­tor­way ser­vice area in Bav­aria. Droppy and Droppo are hungry and they have a glass of milk with tra­di­tion­al Ger­man bis­cuits: Leb­kuchen.

„These bis­cuits are fant­ast­ic!“ ( Droppo)

„Yes, they are! I love them!“ (Droppy)

„Let’s buy them!“ (Droppo)

„Can you tell us about these bis­cuits?“ - Droppy asks the shop as­sist­ant.

„They are typ­ic­al Ger­man zingy bis­cuits. They are made at Christ­mas, but we also have them all the year round.“ (Shop as­sist­ant)

„Wow!“ (Droppo)

They buy the bis­cuits and get on the bus.

„It’s time to go to Italy!“
